This agreement contains the terms 
and conditions for participation 
in Safe List World.net Pro Safelist

All E-mails are Sent From Our Online 
Mailer Program. There is no mail bouncing 
back to your email account. No people 
responding to your ad with there own ad. 
No auto-responder messages filling up 
your account! No one harvesting your 
email addresses for any other use! 
Any one wishing to be removed can do 
so instantly with the link contained 
in every email, or simply delete your 
account once logged in. 100% automated 
online email marketing with no worries 
of Spam complaints!

One SafeListWorld Pro Safelist members 
agree to accept E-mail messages from 
other List members. You also can modify 
your account information including the 
list email address and contact email 
address at anytime in the members area. 
You expect others to receive and read 
your emails, they expect you to do the 
same.  

Since your offer is mailed to other 
list members who are just like you 
and are trying to tell you about 
their opportunities and make a few 
bucks.. We do not allow AUTO-RESPONDER, 
AUTO-DELETE, or "THROW-AWAY" E-Mail address!

Make sure you only send text messages!  
Some people can't receive html messages 
and you don't want them to miss out on 
your offer, do you?

DO NOT post adult, obscene, indecent, 
hate related emails or illegal programs. 
If you do you will be removed immediately without refund.

ELIGIBILITY

An individual becomes a Safe List World.net 
member by completing a two-step process: 
(1) Completing an online registration form,  
(2) Confirming said membership by receiving 
an email and clicking through to a confirmation 
page. To participate, the Member must be 18 
years of age. Each individual may maintain 
one Membership concurrently, without exception. 
If a Member is found to control more than one 
Membership, said member will be removed from 
the list and will forfeit all fees and 
referral bonuses earned.

COMMUNICATION

Safe List World.net is an Internet-based 
program and therefore uses email and 
Internet webpages as communication devises. 
All Members must have a valid email address 
and it is the sole responsibility of the 
Member to update his/her information if 
that address changes. Email address changes 
are to be made by the Member inside the 
Member Center. Emailed requests to Safe 
List World.net to change a Members email 
address cannot be fulfilled. Any information 
posted on our website or emailed to the 
Member's email address of record is 
considered delivered to the Member.

NO AUTO-RESPONDERS

Safe List World.net is built around an 
extensive email communication system. 
Therefore, we will not accept an email 
address that uses an auto-response 
(automatic reply) message. 

REFERRAL BONUSES

Referral Bonuses will be paid monthly into a members paypal account.

UNSOLICITED COMMERCIAL EMAIL

Safe List World.net in no way participates in or tolerates unsolicited emailing (i.e. spamming), and all Members are required to adhere to this policy as well. Please see our Zero-Tolerance Spam Policy for clarification of restricted and acceptable advertising practices. Violations will result in immediate termination of this agreement and cancellation of Membership. In addition, All fees and referral bonuses will be forfeited by any member found in violation of this policy.

TERMINATION

Any Member who wishes to opt out of (cancel Membership in) Safe List World.net may do so by using the Opt Out link in any email or by logging into the Member Center and using the Cancel function. Resignation or termination of any Safe List World.net Membership results in the permanent loss of the rights and access to the Member's downline organization via the Safe List World.net website.

DISCLAIMERS

Safe List World.net make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Membership Program or your potential to earn income from the Membership Program. Although we strive for 99.9% connection time, we make no representation that the operation of our websites will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for any consequences of interruptions or errors.

AMENDMENTS

Safe List World.net may amend this Agreement; prices; and sales, marketing, and commission plan at any time. Amendments will be communicated by and are effective and binding upon posting them on the Safe List World.net website or by email notification. 


1. UNIQUE BOUNCE FEATURE- if your emails bounces you will be placed
on "pending" you will not be able to send or receive ads while pending - log in and click the resend Validation button to receive another

2. NO AUTO RESPONDERS- if you are found to be using an autoresponder you will lose your membership!
3. DO NOT reply to a members ad with one of your own!
ALL replies come back to admin (THATS ME)
4. NO adult or x-rated sites/content, or any similar sites. NO Hate or racist emails!
5. NONE of the following email addresses are allowed.
